The Niccolini family manages the Terre d’Orcia Hotel, the Il Cacciatore Restaurant and the Niccolini Farm. The hotel is located in the d.o.c. del Montecucco just a few minutes from the Brunello di Montalcino and Orcia wine areas, where you can discover many traditional gastronomic specialties based on game and fresh vegetables, typical dishes of the area and our restaurant. All prepared with extra virgin olive oil from organic farming and the saffron of Fattoria Niccolini®, own production, and accompanied by a large wine list. In fact, the farm produces cold-pressed organic oil from Seggianese olive trees and saffron of the highest quality.
The Locanda “Il Cacciatore” already existed after the war and was a very important resting place for travelers, hunters as well as a meeting place and shop for the locals.
