The Maremma extends in the southernmost part of Tuscany, on the border with Lazio. Maremma is a land rich in history, art, culture, nature and food and wine products. A magical place, unspoiled and in many ways yet to be discovered. The characteristic that distinguishes it is the diversity of its territory, a microcosm in which it is possible to find sea, hills and mountains; a wild, sweet and harsh land at the same time. In ancient swampy and inhospitable land, it was the subject of reclamation works by the Lorraine, then concluded in the course of the ‘900 by the Maremma Authority. Today it is a land rich in things to see and itineraries to explore: from the Etruscan Coast, to the Silver Coast and to the islands of the Tuscan archipelago up to the Amiata mountain and the villages that compose it, in a journey through history, ancient traditions and food and wine products.
